What this covers

This page describes how Arkenly LLC handles personal data collected through arkenly.com. Our products each have their own privacy terms, which apply to the data you put into them; this page is about the website only.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. When you request a demo we receive your name, email address, the product you selected and your message. When you join a waitlist we receive your email address and which product it was for.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share this data with anyone outside the processors named below.

Why we hold it

To answer you, and to tell you when a product you asked about is available. Nothing else. We do not add you to a newsletter because you asked for a demo.

Processors

Form submissions are delivered by email through our mail provider, and the site is hosted on infrastructure we operate. Both see the data only to carry out those functions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for as long as we have a legitimate reason to keep the record. Waitlist entries are deleted once the product has launched and you have been told, unless you have become a customer.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] and ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. We will do it.
